Whatever you book, the same things are true: a licensed chauffeur, a car that was cleaned this morning, and a fare agreed before the wheels turn.

Weddings & Events
The car is yours for the block, not for a single leg. We hold it through the ceremony, the photographs and the drive to the reception, which means nobody is standing outside a church wondering where the ride went. For larger parties we run a limousine for the couple and a Sprinter behind it.
We ask for the run sheet a week out and drive the route ourselves beforehand. Vancouver in June is not a city you improvise in.
Included
- A chauffeur in formal dress, briefed on the schedule.
- Ribbons and a clean interior on the couple's car, on request.
- Multiple stops — church, photographs, reception, hotel — at no extra charge within the booked hours.
- A route walked in advance, with a second way in if the first is closed.
- Still water, and umbrellas in the boot from May onward.

Airport Transfers
Vancouver International and the Harbour Flight Centre, at any hour, in either direction. Give us the flight number and we watch it: if you land ninety minutes late, the chauffeur arrives ninety minutes later, and the fare does not move. If you land early, so do we.
Forty-five minutes of waiting are included after an international landing — customs takes as long as customs takes.
Included
- Flight tracking on the tail number; the pickup moves with the aircraft.
- Meet-and-greet inside the terminal with a name card, or kerbside if you would rather not be met.
- 45 minutes of free wait time on arrivals, then a stated per-minute rate — never a surprise.
- Luggage handled by the chauffeur. Child seats fitted on request, at no charge.
- A fixed fare quoted before the day, whatever the traffic on the 99 does.

Executive & Hourly Charter
As-directed work, billed by the hour. The car waits while you are in the meeting; it does not go and find another fare and leave you re-booking on the pavement. Four appointments across the core, a client dinner, a day of showings in West Vancouver — one car, one chauffeur, one number at the end.
Standing arrangements for regular clients are billed monthly. Ask dispatch.
Included
- The car and the chauffeur, held for the whole block — waiting time is not billed separately.
- Unlimited stops within the booked hours, changed on the day if the day changes.
- Discretion as a default: no conversation unless you start one.
- Still water, phone charging, and a quiet cabin to take a call in.
- Overtime billed to the hour, at the rate you were quoted, not a new one.
